Took me 15 minutes and rs. 1500 to create for myself a regular source of joy... a online library membership. I love books but my favorite libraries are too far away, week days leave me tired and weekends are too busy. So here's the solution to get the books delivered to myself!

15 Minutes of Exercise

An interesting article on burning calories in a few minutes, it basically says stuff that I do.. even a few minutes can make a difference. Here is the link. For those too lazy to go to another page, here is  a sneak peek:

A simple trick to ending your day well is to make sure that the last person you talk to in a day is someone who is positive and happy, that way when you are going to sleep your last human interaction has been happy and helps you sleep well. And yes it can be done  in 15 minutes.
